I was getting tired of my previous meal prep company, and the quality had been going downhill fast over the last couple of months; so I decided to give Fit Meals Prep a try. OMG!!!! They have 100% of my business now!!! Everything I ordered from the steak & shrimp (high protein) to the broccoli chicken alfredo (high protein) to the teriyaki salmon and sprouts was phenomenal! Love the environmentally friendly packaging as well!

I am on my third order and I’m absolutely obsessed! The food is delicious and it’s so convenient. I brought my chicken taco bowl to work for lunch and everyone was saying how good and fresh it smelled!
I can’t tell you how much I needed this. I am not good at cooking or prepping and it always ends up with me buying take out or just eating frozen meals from the grocery store that leave me unsatisfied and unhealthy. I was having a hard time over spending and staying in my calorie limit plus getting enough protein. This place has helped me so much. I’ve already lost weight, been meeting my macro goal and haven’t ordered take out. I have also stated satisfied and the food taste so fresh and tasty. I really like I don’t have to subscribe and the meals are not over priced.
I just started ordering here recently because i wanted to eat cleaner and needed something convenient for my schedule. The first week the meals tasted pretty plain to me but still good. By week two my taste buds adjusted to the clean and minimal ingredients and now they’re sooo tasty! They’re pupmking seed flax protein bread is also very tasty! I will keep coming here and highly recommend it!
